ABOUT TOTAL LOSS NORTHWEST
When you contact Total Loss Northwest, you deal directly with me. I'm the appraiser reviewing your insurance company's valuation, researching your vehicle, and handling your appraisal—not a call center, an automated estimate, or a rotating group of representatives.
I work exclusively for policyholders on first-party total loss disputes. I don't accept insurance-company appraisal assignments.

PERSONAL SERVICE, EVIDENCE-BASED APPRAISALS
Getting a total loss offer can leave you wondering whether the insurance company accounted for the correct trim, equipment, mileage, condition, and comparable vehicles. I take the time to examine those details and explain what the evidence supports.
My job isn't to generate an instant number or promise a particular outcome. It's to prepare a defensible independent appraisal and advocate for a fair valuation through the process available under your policy.
I represent policyholders—not insurance companies.
I review vehicle-specific evidence and comparable vehicles relevant to your claim.
From your first review through the appraisal process, you're dealing with me.
I start with the insurer's valuation report. I look for inaccurate vehicle details, missing options, inappropriate comparable vehicles, unsupported adjustments, and other issues that may affect actual cash value. When the evidence supports a dispute and the policy provides an appraisal process, I explain the next steps.
Washington is my primary market. I also handle qualifying first-party total loss matters in Oregon and Idaho.
